Terms & Conditions pakacuci

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires a different meaning:

• "pakacuci" — refers to the online gambling platform operating under the domain pakacuci.org.
• "Member" — any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account at pakacuci.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile application and all related services provided by pakacuci.
• "Services" — all types of games, betting and entertainment available on the pakacuci platform, including slots, live casino and sports betting.
• "Real Money" — funds deposited by a member into their pakacuci account using an approved payment method.
• "Bonus" — any financial benefit or additional credit granted by pakacuci to a member under specific promotional terms.

2. Registration and Eligibility

To register as a pakacuci member, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be an individual (not a company or legal entity).
• Not be subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction.
• Register an account in a personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• Registration details provided must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false information is a serious violation of these terms.
• pakacuci reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This process may require a copy of your MyKad or other verification documents.
• Accounts where the holder's identity cannot be verified may be suspended until the verification process is completed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Payment methods accepted by pakacuci are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated for crypto transactions.

• Deposits must be from a legitimate source and must personally belong to the member.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet verified as belonging to that member.
• pakacuci reserves the right to request proof of transaction or additional verification before approving a withdrawal request.
• Any attempt to commit payment fraud will be acted upon and reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

pakacuci offers various types of bonuses to members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the promotional rules applicable at the time the bonus is awarded.

The pakacuci welcome bonus offers a 100% match on the first deposit up to RM1,500. This bonus must be wagered 20 times before any winnings from it are eligible for withdrawal.

• Bonuses may only be used for gaming and betting purposes on the pakacuci platform.
• Each promotion may have a different validity period and members are responsible for ensuring they understand those terms.
• pakacuci reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit or misuse bonuses will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus concerned and, depending on the severity of the case, may lead to account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or cashed out directly without meeting the wagering requirements.

5. Member Conduct

pakacuci members are expected to act responsibly, honestly and ethically at all times while using our platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any technological tool to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game results or betting outcomes.
• Using a false identity, misleading information or forged documents during the registration or verification process.
• Launching any cyberattack, hacking attempt or activity that compromises the security of the platform.
• Spreading offensive, threatening or harassing content directed at other members or pakacuci staff.
• Engaging in any activity that conflicts with Malaysian law or relevant international law.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds in the account and further legal action depending on the severity of the violation.

6. Account Closure and Suspension

pakacuci reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering or criminal activity.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified time frame.
• Actions that are detrimental to the business interests or reputation of pakacuci.
• Requests from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the pakacuci customer support team. Any legitimate funds in the account will be returned after the verification process is completed, subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

pakacuci operates on a best-effort basis in providing quality services. However, pakacuci shall not be held responsible for:

• Loss of money or losses arising from game or betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond pakacuci's control, such as internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Content or services provided by third-party game providers operating on the pakacuci platform.

pakacuci's total liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

pakacuci is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with pakacuci's detailed Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected is used solely for the purposes of service operation, identity verification, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• pakacuci does not sell, transfer, or disclose members' personal data to third parties except as required by law or valid service terms.
• All data is stored on servers protected with industry-standard encryption.
• Members have the right to request access to their personal data or request corrections to inaccurate data by contacting our customer support team.

9. Responsible Gambling

• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be considered severed from these terms and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between pakacuci and the member regarding the use of this platform and supersede all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
